Fitness Fanatic
In fifth grade I fell in love with physical exercise and maintaining healthy habits. This passion is undoubtedly aligned with my need to better myself, whether it be fitness, self-help, or philosophy (just to name a few). Over these years, my boundless curiosity led me to discover the science behind these workouts--- the best way to maximize recovery and muscle growth, how to create an achievable and healthy adaptable eating schedule for my lifestyle.

Pull ups: 23 reps with bodyweight (weighing 130).
Bench Press: 22 reps with two 35lbs dumbbells.
Curls: 18 reps with two 35 lbs dumbbells (assisted).
Dips: 20 reps (bodyweight).
